We listed our house and to our surprise it sold in 5 days so we got very anxious as the inventory of homes that seemed to be on the market at the time was very limited. Everything we seemed to like was either out of our price range or not the style of home we wanted. Not only did Debra find us the perfect house but she connected us with contractors to help us do some work on the house once we closed. She would also swing by during construction to help me keep my sanity or offer me a hug as I would be crying out of frustration that our construction project was taking longer than anticipated!
