Christmas Walk

Laguna Niguel Holiday Parade

Come watch an impressive display of artistry as boat and yacht owners decorate and parade their vehicles in spirit of the holidays. Opening and closing nights of the parade will feature fireworks at 615pm on the 14th and at 9pm on the 18th.

2016 SUMMER CONCERTS IN THE PARK LADERA RANCH

Concerts in the Park have become a classic part of American life and this year Ladera Ranch is pulling out all the stops. The line up reads like a ‘who’s who’ of the local music scene featuring HiFi Academy, a powerhouse classic rock group and Polyester Express, a 70’s band that will have you boogying until the sun comes up.

So grab your blankets and lawn chairs and relax under the stars to some soothing summer sounds.

We love being a part of the Rancho Santa Margarita community and there is no better way to celebrate summer than by attending one of our Summer Concerts in the Park. Every year, concert goers flock to a variety of beautiful parks armed with blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy some cool sounds under the stars. The line up is always fantastic and this year is no exception. Whether you’re a country buff or into Rhythm and Blues, there’s something for everyone and best of all it’s free.

If you’re in the mood for a snack, the park has you covered. An ice cream truck is on site serving up only the best in frozen delights.

DECLUTTER the House

Need we say more? Yes! We can all become blind to the clutter around us.

  • Pack up your books, clothes and personal items and place them in the garage or storage unit.
  • Family photos, the kid’s artwork on the refrigerator, all of it has to go.
  • Clear out your closets! Donate what you don’t wear to charity.
  • Have a dim light? Exchange it for a brighter one.
  • Do your doors open easily? If you’re hearing creaking, fix it.
  • Hire a professional cleaning service to deep-clean your home before it’s listed.

Home Staging Tips Room by Room: Living Room

Potential homebuyers have likely seen several homes before yours. How do you make your property stand out above the rest? Space and cleanliness. The living room is usually the first room they see, so make sure it looks terrific.

  • If there is a dark corner, light it up with a lamp.
  • If the fireplace has seen better days, scrub it clean.
  • If the room looks cluttered, remove the furniture that isn’t necessary to make it look bigger.

  • Throw away, pack up or store your personal products.
  • Create a luxury spa feel with soft towels, candles and plants
  • Make sure the toilets aren’t leaking or running
  • If you have hard water stains try using vinegar to remove them
